‘There’s no beef in Chocolate City, it’s all growth’

Chocolate City Vice President Jude ‘M.I’ Abaga has also added his two cents to the on-going situation between Jesse Jagz and Chocolate City.

In an interview on Naija FM last week, Jesse Jagz’ elder brother told Florence ‘Naija Babe’ Najomoh, ‘…the contract is with the company, I have been with Jesse way before Chocolate City. The second thing is that Chocolate City and Jesse, the relationship between them is more than a business relationship.
He continued ‘I think what Jesse is trying to say is that ‘I’m launching my own thing’. There’s no beef, it’s all growth’.
Jesse Jagz on Wednesday, March 30, 2012 via his personal Facebook account shocked fans worldwide when he categorically stated that he was taking a ‘voluntary exit from his label Chocolate City’.
The brothers have had a history working together before signing with Chocolate City. They both owned and ran a music production outfit called Rytchus Era Productions back in Jos before relocating to Lagos.
